In this workshop, GEL facilitators will take your team through an exercise to define positive behaviors – both for themselves individually and the team collectively – that contribute to a positive working environment and help achieve your goals. The exercise is customized to fit your team’s experience and dynamics, drawing on your current working relationships and helping you strengthen your communication and collaboration.
Participants will think critically about how they want to show up as leaders and how to best support others. Coaching sessions and group discussions encourage everyone to discuss insights, challenges, and takeaways to foster accountability and a spirit of collaboration.
