GEL’s Custom Programs are tailored to support session objectives and achieve results.

At the senior executive level, customization is the rule rather than the exception. C-level executives struggle to maximize benefits from strategy sessions, retreats or off-sites.

Helping executive transform their organizations or engage key clients often requires bringing together a unique combination of content, services, guest speakers and an engaging experiential element.

GEL has put together custom programs for senior leadership groups from the World Bank, Northrop Grumman, the Young President’s Organization and others.

Team building events and experiential training can be an important part of broader initiatives to develop positive norms, behaviors, and leadership styles. Your experience should be geared to your specific needs or issues. We recommend polling your group to identify potentially hidden issues. GEL provides advance assessments and consulting services to help maximize the effectiveness of your experiential training.

Lastly, your city or conference location may not be in our list of primary locations.  However, if there's a seaport or large enough body of water, we should be able to help you in your desired location.
