BoatWorks Team Building Thank You and Video

I'm just back from Boston where GEL and Courageous Sailing hosted an adventurous group of individuals, all interested in how we use custom sailing programs to develop high performance teamwork and leadership skills.

The group incuded managers and executives from:

  • Corinthian Events

  • Destination Partners
  • Harvard Business School's Leadership Initiative
  • McGraw Hill
  • Rockland Trust

I'd love to thank everyone for participating and for some great comments about how BoatWorks compares to more mainstream flavors of team building and management training.

Building is a symphony of different professions and trades that need to be coordinated together, the plumber doesn't arrive before the foundation, the land isn't purchased without finance. Speed, effeciency, and accuracy all coordinate. GEL is a perfect training tool, the exercises analogous to our business model and I highly recommend all professional's to try the program. Team work and leadership develepment is important for any business, but bottom line is sailing is just plain fun. -Thanks for an illuminating Day, Bill Brossi
